At j.Patrick Audio & Video, we take pride in our work and the equipment we use. Any equipment purchased from us comes with a limited warranty. Our aim is to keep your system protected and operating as seamless as the day we completed your installation. While we can monitor your system, we unfortunately can’t predict every fluke or outside incident. Sometimes all it takes is a simple text or phone call to have your system up and running again. This is a complimentary service we offer to you Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Remote assistance after hours is subject to availability and with a $50 charge.

If you are looking for support beyond our complimentary service hours, we encourage you to sign up for one of our service plans. Our service plan members benefit from priority service, point of contact for internet and cable, extended hours and included trip charges.
